Terms of Use

Last updated: October 22, 2026

These terms cover your use of daycodesign.com and any order you place with Dayco Design LLC. By using the site or approving an estimate, you agree to them. Plain language is intentional — if anything here is unclear, ask us before you order.

Using the site

You may use this site to browse products, configure options, see pricing, request estimates, and manage your own account. You agree not to misuse it — no attempts to break in, no automated scraping of prices, no uploading of unlawful content, and no impersonation of another business.

Estimates and quotes

Pricing shown in the configurator and on estimates is preliminary. It is a good-faith calculation from our current price list, not a binding contract. A firm price exists only once we issue an invoice and you approve it.

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days unless the estimate itself says otherwise.
  • Prices depend on the exact configuration: size, material, printing method, and quantity. Changing one can change the price.
  • Material and freight costs move. If costs shift materially before production, we will tell you before doing any work.
  • Shipping is quoted with your estimate and is not included in product pricing unless stated.
  • Taxes are added where they apply.

Orders, payment, and lead times

An order begins when you approve an estimate and we issue an invoice. Work does not start until the invoice terms are met.

  • Canopy tent systems are ready in 7 business days after the invoice is paid.
  • Other products have their own lead times, stated on your estimate or invoice.
  • Lead times count business days and start once artwork is approved and payment terms are met — not when the estimate was sent.
  • Online card payments are not enabled on this site yet; orders are invoiced directly.

Your artwork and content

You keep ownership of everything you send us. By uploading artwork you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, including any fonts, photos, logos, and trademarks in it.

You grant us permission to use, reproduce, and modify your artwork as needed to proof, produce, and deliver your order. We can decline or pause any job we believe infringes someone else’s rights, and we are not responsible for clearing the rights to artwork you supply.

Design services

Design help is included at no charge with your order. Three situations are billed separately, and we always tell you before charging:

  • You cannot supply vector artwork (for example an .AI, .EPS, or .SVG file) and we need to rebuild your logo from scratch.
  • Poster and flyer design work, which is priced as its own job.
  • Revisions beyond the first three: $50 per additional round.

We do not offer vehicle wraps, standalone logo design, website design, or full company branding packages.

Promo codes

  • Codes apply only where the offer says they apply, and only to new estimates — not to orders already in production.
  • One-use codes can be redeemed once. Codes may expire or be withdrawn early.
  • Codes have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
  • Quantity discounts are calculated first; a promo code then applies to what remains.

Accounts

You are responsible for anything done under your account and for keeping your password safe. Tell us right away if you believe someone else has access. You can close your account at any time by emailing us; we will remove your saved estimates and personal details as described in the Privacy Policy.

Our intellectual property

The Dayco Design name and mark, this site’s design, and our own product photos and sample artwork belong to us. You may not copy or resell them. Your artwork stays yours.

Changes and cancellations

Tell us as soon as possible if something needs to change. Before artwork is approved, changes are usually free. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may cost the work already done, because materials are often cut and printed specifically for your job.

No warranty beyond the invoice

The site is provided “as is.” Product photos, on-screen colors, and sample renders are illustrative — printed color can differ from what you see on a monitor, so we send proofs before production. Apart from the warranties we state on an invoice, we make no other promises about the site or its contents.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Dayco Design LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — lost sales, a lost event, or downtime — and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA. If a dispute arises, both sides agree to try to resolve it directly first — a phone call or email usually settles it.
