Dayco Design LLC (“Dayco Design,” “we,” “us”) is a promotional products and graphic design company based in Minnesota. You can reach us at sales@daycodesign.com.

We collect only what we need to quote your project and deliver your order:

• Contact details — your name, email address, and, if you choose to share them, your phone number, company name, and shipping address.
• Project details — the products, quantities, sizes, colors, and materials you pick in the configurator, plus any notes or files you attach to a quote request.
• Artwork and files — logos, fonts, photos, and print-ready artwork you upload so we can produce and proof your order.
• Account details — your sign-in method (email and password, Google, or Apple) and the estimates you choose to save to your account.
• Referral source — the optional “how did you hear about us” answer on the sign-up form.

Like most websites, we record basic technical information when you visit — pages viewed, approximate location, browser type, and referring site — so we can see what parts of the site are working and what needs fixing.

We use Google Analytics for this, and it only runs after you click “Accept” on the cookie notice at the bottom of the site. If you click “Decline,” no analytics cookies are set and no usage tracking happens. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time; the site still works either way.

• Prepare estimates, invoices, and production files for the order you asked for.
• Produce, package, and ship your order, and keep you updated on its status.
• Answer your questions and follow up on a quote you requested.
• Save your estimates to your account so you can revisit or reorder them.
• Improve the website — for example, noticing which product pages people struggle with.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not add you to marketing lists. Emails you receive from us are about your own estimate, order, or account — not newsletters.

We never share your artwork or contact details with another customer, and your information is not used to advertise to you on other websites.

A small number of service providers help us run the site and fulfil orders: website hosting and storage, email delivery, website analytics, shipping carriers, and the production partners who print and build your order. Each of them only sees the information needed for that job, and every order is delivered under the Dayco Design name.

We do not store full credit card numbers on this website. When payment is taken, it is handled by a dedicated payment processor, and we keep only the record of the transaction — amount, date, and what it paid for.

We keep your details and artwork for as long as needed to complete your order, honor any warranty, and keep accurate business records. Saved estimates stay in your account until you ask us to remove them or close your account.

• See, correct, or have us delete the information we hold about you.
• Close your account and have your saved estimates removed.
• Decline analytics cookies without losing access to pricing or quotes.
• Ask us not to email you about a past quote.

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
